It's hard to believe our shooting season is already over but last Tuesday night (9-23-03) was clean-up night. Jr and Sr shooters cleaned the clubs various guns, strung new wire and fixed firing points. It seems like last week I was looking forward to starting the shooting season and now hunting season is here. I've posted pictures from our season and results are below. I'm still missing some faces for our "Class of 03" group picture (including mine). Please don't feel slighted if your not on it as this summer just flew by. I hope to see you all next spring!

One junior and five senior shooters braved the humid conditions 
Tuesday night for our June match. Unfortunately, Brian W. had a tree
blow down in the morning storm which left me (your humble web editor)
in charge to run the match. We had a new shooter, Dave R. shooting the 
match with the three other senior members while Nathan, the only junior 
shooter to show Tuesday night shot practice.

Match Night
7/22
Ten shooters showed up, the biggest showing we've had so far this summer 
for Tuesday night's match, our first at 200 yards. Four new shooters joined 
the usual cast of characters on a beautiful night for shooting. We shot in two relays 
with Brian W running the match. Things went fairly smoothly and we finished 
before running out of sunlight.
We don't have a group photo this month so enjoy the other pict's from the evening.
Thank you to Jerry and Brad for helping me to (quickly) get two more of our target 
carriers working.
Thanks also to Brian for running the match and Jim H for helping run the pit's.

I couldn't make our first NRA registered match and I have no pictures, but it looks like we
had 9 shooters. I don't know if I have the positions and relay numbers right but here are
the scores. I also don't have the score sheets to break the tie between Chris J and Bob S
in standing so I just have them both marked as high score.

registered match of the season. We got a late start and only had time to shoot one relay.
